iOS / iPadOS Manual Enrollment Steps

For devices not enrolled through Automated Device Enrollment

1. On the iOS device, open Safari and navigate to the Enrollment URL below.
2. Tap Allow when prompted to download the configuration profile.
3. Open Settings → General → VPN & Device Management.
4. Tap the Lightspeed MDM Profile and tap Install.
5. Enter the device passcode when prompted and tap Install again to confirm.
6. Tap Trust on the Remote Management prompt. The device will appear in the Devices list shortly after.

macOS Manual Enrollment Steps

For Mac computers not enrolled through Automated Device Enrollment

1. On the Mac, open Safari and navigate to the Enrollment URL above.
2. Click Allow when prompted to download the configuration profile.
3. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Profiles (or System Preferences → Profiles on older macOS).
4. Click the Lightspeed MDM Profile and click Install.
5. Enter the administrator password when prompted.
6. Click Enroll on the MDM enrollment prompt. The device will appear in the Devices list shortly after.

Steps

1. Open Settings → Accounts → Access work or school.
2. Click Connect, then select Enroll only in device management.
3. Enter the MDM Server URL shown below into the server address field.
4. Sign in with your organization credentials when prompted.
5. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete enrollment. The device will appear in the Devices list shortly after.
